The Victoria Pink Gin is absolutely lovely. A full 80 proof and with just a hint of some surprising, gorgeous aromas and flavors -- citrus and floral components, a hint of licorice, a touch of baking spice bitters... In a simple two-ingredient martini, it was absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz Pink Gin⠀
  • 3/4 oz Cocchi Americano⠀
  • garnish: Castelveltrano olive⠀

Method

  • Combine Pink Gin and Cocchi Americano in a pitcher or jar.
  • Stir well with ice and strain into a coupe. 
  • Garnish with Castelveltrano olive.⠀
